Internet and "access denied due to invalid credentials"
Hi all. Ive Jus bought this blasted new computer for me an my partner and im down as administrator yet when i try to get onto a perfectly harmless site "emmas dairy"for mothers, it says that i dont have the credentials to go on this site can somebody pls help me before this computer gets ripped to pieces.

Hi, Before going further, would you please let me know if the computer is in domain environment? If so, please use your domain account to check the result. I have also tested this and I could access the site without this issue; therefore, please let me know if all the sites cannot be accessed or only this site? Please also try the following: 1. Boot to Safe Mode with Network and check the result. 2. Go to Credential Manager to remove all Generic Credentials for testing. Note: Ensure you remember the accounts and passwords before doing this.
